3. How long will my package take to arrive?

Our personalized designs are handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

We offer international shipping, and you can expect to receive your package within 12-17 working days after it has been dispatched. So it may take 3-5 weeks before you receive your package, depending on your country.

4. The package was crushed, and my hair claw is ruined. Can I apply for a refund?

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, damages can sometimes occur during international shipping despite our best efforts.

Rest assured, we will send you a new hair claw package ASAP to make up for this. We hope this helps improve your experience.
